We have been made aware of a Correos/Post Office scam email (nothing to do with Spanish correos.es) where by clients are getting an email that looks genuine and informs you, there is an item of post that requires a €2 or €3 delivery payment before it can be delivered. The email asks for your credit card details plus pin number.
PLEASE BE VIGILANT and never give out your credit card details unless you are absolutely sure it is a genuine request.
At the Post Shop Albox we do receive official notifications from the correos office for ‘out standing duty’ on overseas deliveries, so clients can go and settle the matter at the post office.
